This policy describes the website implementation reviewed on October 15, 2026. It is not a certification of legal compliance. The site serves visitors in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Brazil and Germany.

Information handled through the site

The public pages reviewed do not provide account registration or a contact form. If you email NewCarOffer, the message may include the address you use, your name if supplied, the contents of your message and any attachments or details you choose to send. Email routing is configured through Cloudflare Email Routing.

Website delivery and security providers may process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested page and request timing. The repository does not disclose the precise fields or logging configuration used by the hosting account.

Saved offers in your browser

The homepage reads and writes a browser Local Storage entry named nco_bookmarks containing saved offer identifiers. The reviewed site code uses this list to display saved offers; it does not send the saved list to a NewCarOffer application endpoint. The site does not set an expiry for this entry. It remains in that browser until it is removed through browser site-data controls or application/browser data is cleared.

Analytics and third parties

The page templates reviewed load Google Analytics 4 using Google’s gtag.js tag. Google documents that GA4 JavaScript tags use first-party cookies to distinguish users and sessions. The specific Google Analytics property settings, data retention setting and linked products cannot be verified from this repository. See Cookie Policy and Google’s GA4 cookie documentation.

The site is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure, and Cloudflare Email Routing is configured for the published addresses. Google and Cloudflare process information under their own services and settings. When you follow an external manufacturer or dealer link, that destination may collect information under its own notice and controls. No advertising tag or pixel was found in the public page code reviewed; account-level settings outside the repository could not be checked.

Purposes and disclosure

Information may be used to deliver and protect the website, operate the saved-offer feature, understand site usage through analytics, and read and respond to messages. The public code reviewed does not show a vehicle order, payment, account or lead-submission system. It also does not establish whether information is retained, shared or configured in provider accounts outside the repository.
